The Price Guarantee applies to eligible orders placed directly with Polyeco Greenhouses from 3 October 2026 until 11:59pm on 02 December 2026.

The product purchased must be advertised on www.polyecogreenhouses.com.

The Price Guarantee does not apply to products, prices or promotions advertised by third-party retailers, marketplaces or other websites.

What the Price Guarantee Covers

If, after you place your order, Polyeco Greenhouses advertises the same product at a lower price on www.polyecogreenhouses.com during the eligible Price Guarantee period, you may claim the difference.

The comparison must be on a like-for-like basis, including the same:

• greenhouse model
• size
• polycarbonate thickness
• specification
• included components or options

A different size, specification or configuration will not qualify as a direct price comparison.

The Price Guarantee applies to eligible orders placed directly with Polyeco Greenhouses from 3 October 2026 until 11:59pm on 6 December 2026.

Claims must be submitted no later than 11:59pm on 6 December 2026.

Customers may submit a claim:

• through the dedicated Price Guarantee claim form on our website
• by email
• through another contact form provided on www.polyecogreenhouses.com

Customers should provide their order number and the name or email address associated with the order so we can verify the purchase.

Claims received after the deadline will not qualify.

Verification

All claims are subject to verification by Polyeco Greenhouses.

We will compare the price originally paid with the eligible lower price advertised on www.polyecogreenhouses.com.

The lower price must have been publicly available on our website and applicable to the same product and specification.

Refunds

Where a claim is approved, the qualifying price difference will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

Please allow up to 7 days for Polyeco Greenhouses to process the refund after the claim has been approved.

Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, additional time may be required before the refund appears in their account.

Where an order has not yet been paid in full, Polyeco Greenhouses may instead apply the qualifying difference as a reduction to the outstanding balance where appropriate.

Exclusions

The Price Guarantee does not apply to:

• prices or promotions offered by third-party retailers or marketplaces
• products not advertised on www.polyecogreenhouses.com
• delivery surcharges
• installation charges
• separately purchased accessories
• bespoke or individually negotiated quotations
• clearance, damaged, ex-display or one-off stock offers
• pricing errors or obvious website errors

Only discounts genuinely advertised by Polyeco Greenhouses on www.polyecogreenhouses.com are eligible.

Further Price Reductions

If the eligible product price is reduced again during the qualifying period, the customer may submit another claim for the additional difference, provided the claim is submitted before the deadline.

Other Promotions

Where a promotion requires a discount code, bundle purchase or another qualifying condition, the customer must also have been eligible to meet those conditions for the promotional price to qualify.

Consumer Rights

The Black Friday Price Guarantee is an additional benefit offered by Polyeco Greenhouses and does not affect the customer’s statutory consumer rights.
