Polyeco ACE
The Polyeco ACE is the greenhouse for people who have outgrown ordinary greenhouse sizes.
Built around a heavy-duty galvanised steel structure, the ACE is designed for large gardens, schools, community projects, farms and commercial growing where space, access and flexibility matter just as much as strength.
Built to Your Space
The ACE is available in standard widths of 4m, 6m, 8m and 10m, but we can also manufacture custom widths and custom lengths for projects where standard sizes simply do not fit.
That means the greenhouse can be designed around the space you actually have, rather than forcing the project around a fixed catalogue size.
6mm or 10mm Polycarbonate
Choose between 6mm or 10mm twin-wall polycarbonate.
6mm is the standard option and offers an excellent balance of insulation, light transmission and value.
10mm provides improved insulation and a more substantial cover, making it particularly suitable where heat retention or longer-season growing is important.
Proper Growing Space
With approximately 2m-high straight side walls and generous ridge height, the ACE gives you usable space right across the width of the greenhouse.
That means room for raised beds, benches, shelving, tall crops, hanging plants, irrigation, lighting and equipment without constantly fighting for headroom.
Flexible Door & Ventilation Options
Every project is different, so the ACE can be configured with a range of access and ventilation options, including:
- Barn-style doors
- Double opening doors
- Additional doors
- Automated roof vents
- Side vents
Door positions and ventilation can be adapted to suit the layout and intended use of the greenhouse.
Base Options
The ACE can be installed onto a suitable existing hard standing, concrete or block base.
Where a prepared base is not available, we can also supply an optional purpose-made foundation frame with ground anchors, depending on the project and ground conditions.
If you are unsure which foundation option is suitable, speak to us before starting groundworks.
Rainwater Management
The ACE does not currently use a dedicated Polyeco guttering system, but its design allows standard off-the-shelf guttering solutions to be fitted where required.
This makes it straightforward to collect rainwater for irrigation or storage.
Built for More Than Just Plants
The heavy-duty frame is designed to cope with more than simply supporting the greenhouse cover.
The structure can accommodate additional equipment and accessories such as shelving, irrigation, lighting, hanging baskets and crop-support systems, depending on the installation.
That makes the ACE particularly useful for more intensive growing environments.
Built to Order
Every ACE is built to order.
Typical lead time is approximately 8–10 weeks from order confirmation, depending on size, specification and time of year.
Because ACE projects can vary considerably, we recommend contacting us before ordering if you require a custom size, professional installation, unusual access arrangements or advice on base preparation.
