On October 30th, 2023, our team took on an exciting greenhouse installation project for a client in Rhonda. The client had a unique spot in mind—a small hill with a slight slope in the back of their garden. But as always, no challenge is too big for our experienced installation team!

The client selected the spacious Polyeco Classic, a 6-meter-long greenhouse with two doors and two automated roof vents. Its robust design and custom features make it a popular choice for those looking to maximize their growing potential.

How We Handled the Sloped Hill Ground

Our team is no stranger to working with tricky terrains. Here's how we tackled this project:

1. Site Assessment: We evaluated the slight slope on the client's garden hill to determine the best placement for the 6m Polyeco Classic greenhouse.
2. Anchor Installation: We installed the greenhouse's concrete-secured anchors with precision, ensuring stability and balance on the slightly uneven ground.
3. Galvanized Steel Frame Assembly: Once the anchors were in place, we assembled the galvanized steel frame, known for its strength and resistance to corrosion, providing a solid foundation.
4. Roof Vents and Doors Installation: To optimize airflow, we installed two automated roof vents, which open and close based on the internal temperature. The two doors at either end of the greenhouse provide easy access and additional ventilation.
5. Polycarbonate Panels: Finally, we fitted the greenhouse with 6mm polycarbonate panels, which offer superior insulation and durability, perfect for year-round use.

Despite the slight slope, the Polyeco Classic was installed perfectly, fitting seamlessly into the garden space. The client was thrilled with the result, especially the added ventilation from the automated roof vents and the greenhouse's overall spaciousness.
